We are Embe Eatery and Lounge, and we have been a locally owned and operated restaurant and bar in Galena, IL since 2011. We offer homemade deli style food, gourmet soups, sandwiches, and salads. Our kitchen specializes in from-scratch cooking using quality ingredients to bring you our family’s delicious recipes. Listen. This is important. Order the Embe sandwich, chicken, no lettuce, balsamic vinegar on the side. This sandwich is so incredibly like a Taco Bell Meximelt that I can't stop thinking of it. Soft bun, warm chicken and Pico and melted cheese. So good! Yo quiero Embe.
